This rocket carries Orion manned spacecraft to Earth orbit. Yes, people go into

Click on very top of the MFD (on the first line of text, for example), it will pop
up the same MFD screen, but it can be dragged around, and will stay on screen.

One can safely push all buttons MFD has, this will never cause any control issues.
This is not same with other buttons - they might do things that are can hurt
the spacecraft.

Click around buttons on left and right of the MFD before the ascent to change
target orbit parameters.

The rocket will be put into orbit with high apogee, and perigee that might be
under Earth. This is intentional - the second stage booster that was dropped
will burn up in atmosphere shortly.

Some keys can be bound to RCS commands (sim/rcs/xp, ...), but it's also possible
to simply push "TRANS INPUT" button to enable translational input. This will change
the joystick from rotational input to translational input:
  PITCH -> X (forward/backward)
  ROLL  -> Y (left/right)
  YAW   -> Z (up/down)
  
RCS FUEL IS LIMITED! Spacecraft has only about 1020 kg of RCS fuel on-board, and
the thrusters will consume about 1-2 kg per second when they are operating. For
better fuel conservation apply very small control inputs, which will pulse the
thrusters, and may reduce fuel use to about 0.1 kg per second.

The big indicator below "IGNT" button is the orbital counter. It shows how many
circles around the Earth have been made.

  ASCENT
